ahh, it's a bit of a slushy post today, sorry! i had a wonderful night with my lovely boyfriend last night, just parked up on a cliff, staring out to sea and watching the snow fall :) perfection methinks x
and silly silly me decided it would be a nice idea to make an effort and dress up, forgetting it was -6 degrees outside!! sorry i have no photos, but i wore a purple tea dress and a black shrug, with several pairs of black tights and BALLERINA FLATS. why oh why?? it was lucky we just stayed in the warm all night, otherwise i would have no toes of which to speak!! but he did cheer me up marvellously, and its kept me in a good mood today, when otherwise i would have been extremely grumpy!!
i had scheduled to be singing in a hotel tonight and was relying on the wage from that for my holiday money. but this afternoon, about eight hours before i'm due on, the hotel phoned my uncle, NOT me!!!, to tell him that i had been double-booked (again!) and i'm no longer working. fantastic... no holiday money!!! to be honest, i think i'm more disappointed that now my boyfriend won't be coming to pick me up at 2am - any time with him at all is the best :)
and to make an edge of it, my cousin phoned this morning to inform me that she and her family won't be coming on holiday with us anymore, as her estranged dad died last night. so it's put a bit of a dampener on things, but i'm still determined to have a good time!! who needs money anyway...? :) x

awww, he sounds so sweet. bad luck though, some money will come around but (this is very cheesy =S) christmas is about family, not money.
