the morning after...

i hope everyone had a fantastic halloween! mine was spent in a blur of loud music, people in great ridiculous costumes and a hell of a lot of tequila... i'm paying for it this morning however! i didn't manage to get any proper outfit shots last night, only a few mad group ones, but they're too blurry and messy to be of any interest! the star of the evening was undoubtedly my uncle, who owns the pub we went to last night. he dressed up as the previous landlady (aka public enemy no.1) and proved that he makes a far better-looking man than he ever would a woman...!

i wore my new checked shirt to college yesterday as promised and was pleased with the response it got, even if most of it was from boys saying, "where did you get your shirt?" and being quite disappointed when i said it was from the womenswear section of primark! i wore it with my shorts and thick black tights, and my leather boots that i wore in thursday's post, but you can't really see them in the dodgy photo i managed to get. here's what it looked like on:

i actually have a social life at the moment, which is quite fun, and i'm off out again tonight for another huge session in the pub with my boyfriend and some lovely friends in the form of claire and shando. i'm not 100% sure what i want to wear yet; my hangover head is preventing any inspiration filtering through at the moment but i'm sure i'll come up with something. i'll post some photos of whatever i manage to throw on later in tomorrow's blog, right now i feel to lethargic to even lay out a random outfit suggestion on the bed and see what works. i've got a whole six hours to eat and nap off the headache, and then i'll think about putting some clothes on and actually doing something!! have a great saturday night, whatever you're up to!
