sorry!!!

i am a terrible blogger. nearly a month's hiatus with no prior warning. but i have been too poor to buy anything and too busy to find the time to write about it!! nightmare!

but i am glad february is now over and done with, it feels like the winter is finally moving away and spring is nearly here! and i celebrated with a cheeky purchase today... technically i didn't buy it. i am singing at my best friend's mother's 50th birthday party on saturday and we were helping her look for an outfit today, as well as finding our own. and i fell in love with this dress in the topshop 'last chance to buy' section. in my size. completely out of my current price range. but i tried it on and it fitted like a glove, more's the pity! i was hoping it would look grotesque so i wouldn't want to buy it but it was perfect! sigh. after wondering what to do for about half an hour, my friend's mum came up with the plan that she would buy me the dress instead of paying me to sing on saturday. deal!!! have a look and let me know what you think, i'm going to wear it with lots of jewellery, a big black satin hair bow and huge heels!!
